Access to Flow-Connects requires admin approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and content you create within Flow-Connects. We do not claim ownership of your tasks, time entries, or other information.

License to Operate

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend service for critical updates
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

🚫 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow-Connects and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

🔄 Account Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting an administrator. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.
